Step behind the scenes into our cutting-edge workshop and enter the hidden world where rough opal is skilfully transformed into magnificent, finished gemstones. 

We show you how we “read” the rough opal, maximise yield through careful shaping, identify and remedy unwanted inclusions or imperfections, and finally ensure a 100% scratch free – mirror finish.
